Coordinated Community Outreach Team 403.358.7771
The Coordinated Community Outreach Team (CCOT) helps people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or facing issues related to poverty. An Outreach worker can help someone access local services (Food Bank, Clothing, Free Meals, etc…) and other resources that help people with their basic needs including health services (Medical, Dental, Psychiatric). The CCOT is a partnership of the Canadian Mental Health Association, the Central Alberta Women's Outreach Society, Red Native Friendship Centre, and Safe Harbour Society for Housing and Health.
