This past summer, The City Of Red Deer began an ambitious redevelopment of 50 Avenue from 51 Street, through to 48th Street. This street is known to downtowners as "Little Gaetz".
The work has improved the walkability and beautified this wonderful street in your downtown. City Council recently approved to undertake phase two of Gaetz Avenue Revitalization construction in 2012 rather than 2013, meaning the construction of Little Gaetz will be completed an entire year earlier!
The stores are open, and excited. Excited to see such a landmark renovation, excited to see Red Deerians enjoying the beautiful Downtown over the summer, excited to share their shops with Red Deerl.
