'Paint The Town' for Pride July 28 & 29
Downtown is about to get a little more colorful. To The Lost and Forgotten Alley are doing their part in support of Central AB Pride Week, and so can you! Half the proceeds of the delicious "Paint the Town" cocktail directly supports the Central Alberta Pride Society and rainbow crosswalks in Downtown Red Deer. Find this cocktail at both locations until Saturday, July 29.
Swing 'n' Beans Friday, July 28
Caffeinate and cut a rug this Friday at Traptow's Cool Beans Bus! Learn how to dance on the patio (or just watch) courtesy of the Red Aces Dance Club. Starting at 7 p.m. there's drop-in beginner lessons, and from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. social dance! $5 for dancers, and free for those who choose to watch. Come solo or bring a friend!

Check out CentreFest July 29 & 30
CentreFest is part of a thriving cultural scene in the epicenter of Alberta. Over 30,000 flock to Downtown Red Deer in July to delight in the fire breathing, sword-swallowing, gut-busting antics of street performers, acrobats, comedians and buskers. It is a festival that you can't miss. It's family friendly and absolutely free (except for the cost of your mini donuts.)

First Parklet performance this Friday
