CentreFest is quickly approaching, and volunteers are still needed to make sure the day goes off properly.  CentreFest is a one of a kind festival for Central Alberta, bringing in street performers from around the globe to show off their unique skills.   Volunteers are the life blood of this event, we are still looking for as many volunteers as possible.  We are hosting a volunteer sign up and orientation session Tuesday July 20, at 7 pm at The Hub on Ross Street.  All volunteers, including those who have not yet signed up, are asked to attend the training session.  If you have any other questions, please email us.

As of August 1st, Red Deer City Transit will be returning home, as it finds its way to the main level of the new Sorensen Station, located on the grounds of the former bus terminal. The existing terminal area will be returning to its original format, that of public parking. While the Red Deer Transit Terminal will be calling Sorensen Station home, the parkade above the terminal will not be open until late August or early September.
