New Downtown Development Ready For Tenants

A newly renovated downtown development is accepting residential applications and working towards completion of a number of commercial opportunities on the main floor. Located at 5017 49 Street, the River Valley Apartments is an affordable, 71-unit residential development with 13500 square feet of commercial opportunity on the main floor.
