Executive Place Gets First Tenant!

The brand new Executive Place in Red Deer has its first tenant. Stantec will be relocating and designing 38 thousand square feet in the office tower at Ross and 49th Ave and will include work on the building’s top five floors. Stantec spokesman Russ Wlad says it’s a great move for them and further helps the revitalization of Red Deer’s Downtown. Wlad says they hope to make their move to Executive Place early in the New Year. Stantec employs roughly 160 people in Red Deer.
